This is my forum to share insights about the things I am passionate about. Here is my Bio:


Erin Adams began her martial arts journey in Kung Fu in 2006 and studied for 4 years. She branched out to train in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jujitsu in 2010. She is now a Kru- Associate Instructor in the Thai Boxing Association and is currently a purple belt in Brazilian Jujitsu under the Renato Tavares Association.She currently trains at the Academy of martial Arts in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma under Ajarn Kentrick Coleman. Her desire to learn and grow led to her training with numerous legendary martial artists in a variety of combative arts. Erin spent much of her journey putting her training to the test through competition. She became an IMAC world championship in 2008 and 2009. She also took her skills to the mat where she brought home two gold medals in the 2012 NAGA state championships in gi and no gi. She believes martial arts is a path to healing in many ways. Her passion is helping to empower other women and she loves watching as their confidence grows.

Erin is also passionate about animal rescue, healing arts, weight training, and spirituality.
